HEAD /api/integration/journalpost/{jpid}/attachments/{verid}
Retrieve metadata about a specific document version, can be used to verify if the file has changed and needs to be downloaded again

GET /api/integration/journalpost/{jpid}/attachments/{verid}
Downloads a file from a given journalpost and version id. The file is streamed to the client.
